The professional jury of the BEA Awards has announced the shortlist for the 2026 edition. Of the 36 projects submitted, 25 have been selected for the final round. Group Event Masters has achieved a remarkable result: all four of its submitted cases have made it onto the shortlist.

The four nominations are also spread across four different categories, each representing a different client:

B2B Events: Think NXT – Proximus NXT (Event Masters)
B2C Events: The Zoo of the Future – GAIA (Event Masters and Runmate)
Institutional Events: The Loudest Silence – Hersenletsel Liga (Event Masters)
Teambuilding: Elia Trophy – Elia (Team Masters and Event Masters)

Recognition of the group’s versatility

The four nominations highlight the broad expertise of Group Event Masters, which brings together its activities under three specialised brands: Event Masters, Team Masters and Runmate. From corporate events and brand experiences to teambuilding activities and conferences, the group combines specialised expertise with creativity, strong production capabilities and a shared focus on impact.

Bert Knuts, CEO of Group Event Masters: “Submitting four cases and having all four selected by a professional jury is already an outstanding achievement in itself. Especially considering that these are four completely different projects, for four different clients, across four categories. It is a fantastic recognition of the talent and dedication of our teams, as well as the trust our clients place in us. That is something we can all be proud of.”

The finalists will present their cases to the professional jury and the audience on 24 November at Play Zuid in Antwerp. The winners will be announced on 25 November during the official BEA Awards ceremony at Antwerp Expo.

For Group Event Masters, the first important step has already been taken. Now, all eyes are on the final results.
