RTRS International Conference 2024 – Towards a regenerative transition

The RTRS International Conference is a leading international event that brings together the entire soy value chain – from producers and traders to policymakers and environmental organisations. Its mission? To promote sustainable and regenerative agriculture and to make a positive impact on climate change.

For the 2024 edition in Ghent, 170 participants from different sectors came together to discuss innovative solutions and future-proof strategies for responsible soy cultivation. Runmate was appointed as Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) to manage the complete organisation and coordination of this important event.

   • Hosted discussions on the future of sustainable soy, biodiversity, and climate policy
   • Delivered interactive workshops where participants explored hands-on solutions

   • Created an exhibition zone where companies and startups presented their sustainable innovations
   • Facilitated structured networking moments between policymakers and the private sector
   • Organised a warm and engaging evening reception on 19 November for idea exchange and connection
