IWA LET 2027 Ghent
From 24 to 28 May 2027, Ghent, Belgium, will welcome the 21st IWA Leading Edge Conference on Water and Wastewater Technologies (IWA LET 2027). Bringing together up to 400 participants from 40 countries, this international conference will explore the latest innovations and technological advancements shaping the future of water and wastewater management.

Hosted at the historic De Bijloke venue, IWA LET 2027 provides a platform for researchers, industry experts and water professionals to exchange knowledge, share pioneering ideas and explore innovative solutions to global water challenges.
The conference will address key developments in drinking water and wastewater treatment, including digitalisation, advanced treatment technologies, resource recovery and sustainable water management.
Co-organised by Ghent University, Aquafin and CAPTURE, IWA LET 2027 will bring the international water community together in the heart of Ghent, fostering collaboration between science, technology and industry.
