HCV-Flavi — 28th International Symposium
Client: Ghent University
Location: ICC, Ghent
Date: 6 – 9 July 2022
A scientific symposium with international impact
The HCV-Flavi International Symposium is an annual scientific congress rotating between Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. With a legacy dating back to 1994, the symposium has played a key role in the development of treatments for hepatitis C and the broader study of related viruses.
For the 28th edition, Ghent University appointed Runmate as Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) to manage this milestone event. This edition marked a significant shift, broadening the focus beyond HCV to include a wider range of Flaviviridae viruses such as Dengue, Yellow Fever, West Nile Virus, and Zika virus, as well as related viruses like HAV and HEV.
