Runmate, the conference brand within Group Event Masters, acted as the official event partner of PROJECT2800 and PRIM for their first joint entrepreneurs’ congress at Technopolis. With more than 300 attendees – entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, and professionals from the real estate and innovation sectors – the congress became a well-attended and content-rich meeting point.
Strategic and logistical support from A to Z
As a specialised Professional Congress Organizer (PCO), Runmate took care of the organisation, logistical coordination, and communication support for the congress. From registrations and guest management to technical production, stage design, and direction, Runmate ensured a flawless execution that maximised the impact of the content.
The congress began with a strong pre-programme, presenting the future plans for the Rupel region in an exclusive preview. During a lively debate, Mayor Bart Somers, Stijn Coenen (Thomas More), and Luc Delrue (ENT.A) discussed the ambitious redevelopment projects and the opportunities these developments create for entrepreneurs in the wider Mechelen region.
The main programme then brought together inspiring voices on entrepreneurship in economically and geopolitically challenging times, featuring contributions from EU columnist Caroline de Gruyter, labour economist Stijn Baert, US correspondent Michiel Vos, and tech entrepreneur and investor Bart Becks.
Thanks to Runmate’s integrated approach, the combination of the pre-programme, panel discussions, keynotes, and networking moments was transformed into a clear, dynamic, and impactful congress experience, fully in line with the promise “Running Conferences with Impact.”
